I had the chance to play soccer in Toronto last week at Varsity Stadium, so I made a quick video to fill you guys in on what my ideal workout week looks like!
To summarize (because I tend to ramble a little) my week basically consists of:
- 2 soccer workouts
- 1 lower body weight training workout (with ab workout)
- 1 upper body weight training working (with ab workout)
- 2 interval runs; each consist of 5 minute warm up on 10 incline; then 1 minutes intervals between speed 6 & 7.5 without incline (with ab workout)
